To be eligible for the EXTRA LOVE you need to have an account with us. Sign up is easy and can be done here.


By becoming a member of SBT you will have your own personalized account. All your purchases will be stored, your rewards points will be tallied, Birthday club information, subscriptions, your wish list, everything will be kept in one place and easily accessed.


The only exception to our Extra love sign up is our monthly “thank you” draw. Make a purchase at any time during the month, regardless of if you are a SBT member or not and you will automatically go into the draw to win a prize. Each month the gift is a mystery, so much so that we might not even know what it is until just before we draw the winner, it could be a voucher or a product, either way, you have to be in it to win it.

Reward Program

At surrounded by toys we are excited to offer our loyal account holders a reward program as a thank you for being part of the Surrounded by Toys family.  Every time you shop you will receive 1 point for every dollar that you spend. Your points never expire, save them up to redeem at once or redeem as quickly as they accumulate. The choice is yours. 

  • 100 points $5
  • 500 points $40
  • 1000 points $100
  • 1500 points $150 



Terms and Conditions

  • Rewards points cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Points are not transferable between accounts
  • If you need to return an item bought with points the points will be credited back to your account
  • Shipping, when applicable is applied after the redemption of points



Birthday Club

We love birthdays! As a little extra sneaky bonus at surrounded by toys we have a birthday club. You will be able to add birthdays into your account and receive a discount code that is active for the month before the date of your birthday. The code will stay active for the entire month and is able to be used on multiple purchases. Your birthday club code cannot be used on laybys.  Please note that your code is unique and that you cannot share it with others.



Wish List

This feature allows you to keep a virtual list of all the products that catch your eye, you are keen to know more about or want to purchase in the future.  My wish list is permanently on your account and is accessible from any device, it’s a time saver when shopping from different devices.
