Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We understand that sometimes life just happens, and you might need to return/exchange a purchase for whatever reason. The product might not have met your expectations, maybe you have doubled up on a product somehow or you simply changed your mind. We want you to confidently shop with us knowing that we have your back. And of course, it goes without saying that if a product is faulty or broken on arrival we will replace it, refund it, exchange it or work with you to come to an agreement that everyone is happy with.

As we are very understanding we appreciate if you would do us the same courtesy, even though we are vigilant with our stock levels sometimes there may be an oversell of a product you order. In the event of this occurring, we will be in contact asap to work out a solution.
