Shipping, Packing & Combining Orders

Surrounded By Toys is based in Mt Warren Park QLD. We currently use Australia Post to ship orders.


We have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.90 for all orders under $150.


All orders over $150 will be shipped (Standard shipping) free of charge as our way of thanking you for being a part of the Surrounded By Toys family.


If you need your parcel in a jiffy you can opt for express post for $15.00


We also use tracking 100% of the time to ensure your parcel does not take the scenic route.


We love meeting people! Local pickup is a great option if you are in our area.  Putting a face to your name and (sneakily, showing you our abundance of goodies) is always welcome. Once you select Local pick up in the shipping options and finalize your purchase, we’ll be in contact to arrange a pick up time.


Gift cards are not a physical item, a digital copy will be sent via email to the purchaser.

Please ensure your Shipping details are correct, we can not be held responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect information provided. A re delivery fee will apply to have your order redelivered.



Guaranteed Delivery

The Surrounded By Toys promise is that you will get your parcel, We guarantee it! If your treasures go M.I.A we will replace them or refund you if we no longer have the stock.

 


Time Frame

Our aim is to get your parcel packed and, on its way, as soon as possible. Most week days, if your order is placed before 12pm we offer same day dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.

When your order is shipped you will get a conformation email with tracking. Once the parcel has left our hands and is on its way, be that by air, road, rail or sail the delivery times are out of our control. We will endeavor to keep everyone informed on how long it should take roughly depending on your location but cannot be held accountable for those times once the products have left our care.   

 


Combining Orders

YES, you definitely can combine orders. We understand that sometimes you forget something or change your mind about a product you thought you could live without and now can’t stop thinking about. As long as your first order hasn’t already been shipped, we can easily add to it. Simply select combine orders on your subsequent order(s) and leave us a message in the comment box. We will sort it out. If you're really concerned about us missing your combination shoot us an email, or message via socials or if your super anxious you can even text us on 0438075725

 


Packaging, Gift Wrapping & Secret Squirrel Boxing

PACKAGING – All our packaging is sourced ethically, is sustainable and recyclable.


GIFT WRAPPING – buying treasures as a gift. At checkout simply select the “Gift wrapping” option, fill in the details and leave the rest to us. Delivery address and billing address are different? An invoice will only be provided via email so the lucky gift getter doesn’t know how much you love them (aka dollars spent).


SECRET SQUIRREL BOXING – If you have nosy kids who recognize our packaging, leave a note and we will use an alternative plain package to send your treasures incognito.
